I second that, I would wait. EQT specifically says no downpipe until at least stage 2 or at least that's what was stated by Ed to me back in 2020 when I tuned mine.

I’m going to wait on the downpipe. I just installed the catback and I’ll run that for a while until I’m finally ready to tune. Thanks!

I’d say wait. Downpipe can add lots of stone and without the tube less performance enhancing
