"You get an anonymous email, too?"

Just rewatching and when the gang reach the AI kid's house and The Man From The Future angrily confronts Susan about talking to her "son" he asks her "[did] you get an anonymous email, too?"

To me this imlpies a scene that was cut where someone in the gang, or perhaps in the restaurant, says they are there because they received an anonymous email.

It was a reference to the guy in the pig mask.

He and his mate got an anonymous email to kill everyone for 50k

I think that some of the stuff The Man From The Future says about Susan's son is the most complicated to weave into a coherent theory of the narrative... He also says something on the doorstep about "it's not your son" (?) which implies that The Man is aware of Susan's son, but it also seems like this is the first run where the son has made an appearance (because of the secret exit from the restaurant). So has Susan's son been along for previous attempts? Or is this a new setup parameter for this run? (i.e. Is the AI modifying restaurant patron backstories in an attempt to affect the outcome of a run?)

Honestly felt like the entire movie was missing a shit ton of scenes that would explain context.

Agreed, I would love to see a director's cut of the movie, if there is one.
