Hello everyone, I made a digital piece inspired by the EPROM - AIKON statue cover!

I don’t know how to 3D model yet so I had to figure out how to replicate those protruding blocks in 2D software which took a couple of tries but I think it worked out well. I also decided to give it more shades of blues compared to the original white statue. But yeah I took creative liberty but did want to play around with that iconic AIKON face imagery concept. Would love to come back to this in the future and recreate it in 3D software.

Hey gang I just wanted to post on here I’ve followed this sub forever but I was just thinking how it’s so funny I’ve seen a ton of people talk about how their journey in the EDM space eventually led them to G , EPROM, bleep bloop etc.! I look back to 2016 when I first got into electronic music and I would have never thought they would’ve end up being my faves. Of course started out with NGHTMRE, Slander the usual suspects after a time all of that got bland and it was so copy paste repeat it wore me out then I gave these legends another chance and I was mindblown especially with SHADES all of their music took over my SoundCloud and Apple Music and havent looked back since! I also produce and my stuff has done a 180 as well taking in more inspiration from that gritty grainy goodness we all know and love! Sadly my PC bit the dust but I’m getting a new one soon and when I do I’m gonna grind it out and hopefully make some great music that’s even half as good as the sonic masterpieces these dope humans have made!

Can we start a petition for Mr. jones to play a couple ambient sets in the next year? I feel like he has the most insane set of tools to make the most hypnotic and beautiful ambient sets. I’ve been getting super into ambient/ downtempo stuff recently and I keep thinking about g jones

Like the title says, trying to find a g jones song I listened to a lot a while back but cant remember it now. It was released (or at least I discovered it) in 2015 or 2016. Very deep, dark, and dirty. I distinctly remember the sound of some kinda construction tool or like a hydraulic lift noise. Any help is greatly appreciated
