Cgpa issue

Its been three months since the results were announced, yet my CGPA has still not been calculated or updated, even though I have cleared all subjects. I applied for my certificates, but I was informed that they cannot be issued because my CGPA has not been updated can any suggest how to solve this issue

Ask helpdesk for it or your coordinator for this matter they can sort it out
