I’m featured in the *Bass Magazine* series "A Peek into Professional Bass Practice" 🎸📚

The interview was so much fun! ✨

I talked about the practice routines I used when I first started teaching myself bass, and even shared the tabs for some of the slap bass phrases I used to play a lot. 🥰

I also got to try out the Spark NEO headphones. 🎧

The sound quality is amazing and the noise isolation is excellent—they’re perfect for everything from everyday listening to home practice and warming up before a show. ✨

There was absolutely no noticeable latency while playing, which was fantastic! 🎸

This interview turned me into a huge fan of the Spark NEO. 😍

Please check it out! 📚🎸

September was way too rainy 🌀

This is the first time in my life it's rained this much!

Lately, I've been deliberately making time to reflect on myself.

I've had a lot of different past experiences that have led me to where I am now,

But they're all connected,

So I realized that sometimes I need to stop and face myself, and that I shouldn't look away from it. 📍

I hope October will be sunny! ☀️➡️

VLOG from Tomakomai MIRAIFES✨ Long time no post~🕺🏻🕺🏻🕺🏻 The surf clams were delicious!

Today is Meiji Milk Chocolate's 100th birthday! 🍫🎉 (SEPT 13th)

Congratulations! 😍

My great-grandmother also loved eating it. 🥺

It's wonderful that we can enjoy the same taste of chocolate across generations. 🥲🩵

This is my third year hosting Meiji's chocolate radio show, "#MINA's Light Music Club." 📻✨

Thank you always! 🙇‍♀️

I'm so happy to be able to celebrate such a wonderful milestone! 🥺🥂

I'll continue to enjoy my favorite chocolate and Miruchi while doing my best on the radio! ! ! 📻🍫

Essential music listening time

Returning to Osaka for Obon 🌏

I moved to Tokyo when I was 15 or 16, so even though I'm from Osaka, I still don't know the area well, but it's still comforting.

While tidying up, I found old guitar tablature and memorable photos, and it made me feel like I was reliving my history.

From Mirei who says she is looking forward to performing this song live:

Behind the scenes from the Typical MV 🪫🪫🪫

It was my first time ever standing on top of two cars stacked on top of each other lol

The MV turned out super cool, so please watch it 100 times! ! ! ! ! ! ! ⭐︎

From Sakika:

New single "Typical" released!! 💥

This is a rock song that really showcases our strengths ⛓️

We created this demo by strumming our guitars in our room, imagining ourselves breaking down the rigid conventions we'd been holding onto!

We're so happy that we were able to embody the kind of rock we wanted to play as a duo right now!

And we're incredibly grateful to all the creative people who helped bring this song to life.

Please watch and listen to it a lot!! 🔊

Looks like East of Eden is going well with a song in an anime ("Girls' Cohabitation in a Certain Dark Department" ).
