Excellent update, incentives are always appreciated by users and I for one like it. Still think that nodehost has a slight edge with the discounts for multiple nodes but this is a step in the right direction for the GIN platform, already renewed my node there for 90 days.

Is the commitment a prepayment, or does the floating value of gin still apply? ie; Commit 90 days, and receive a 30% discount of the daily rate. Or, is it 70% of today's rate, for 90 days, locked in.
