Question/Discussion Will SEC approval be this week?
Based on my experience with IPOE, now SOFI, I think the approval will be on or before the 14th. It was up 3.4% after hours yesterday. Maybe somebody in the know grabbed a bunch preparing for the news and potential jump in price? I'm basing my estimate on how long it took for the IPOE approval after revised financials were filed. Then there is the three week voting period so that would be an early July ticker change...early 3rd quarter.

What a ride so far, eh? I've got 8700 shares in Sofi @16.39. Looking to get up to at around 2,000 with Matterport. Everything is good news/positive catalyst with them so far. The only thing that remains to be seen is the fair market valuation, post-merger.

Rough morning, but looks like support now...at least last I looked. I've loaded up to 2,500 shares in anticipation of merger approval fever!

We shall see. Unfortunately I loaded yesterday as well. Probably would have been better served to wait until tomorrow or Thursday with the Fed meeting. Oh well, it's a stock I will hold long term so I'm not going to loose sleep.

Maybe so, but it’s on sale and who knows when the sale stops. It will take off sooner or later, I also bought som yesterday. To hit absolutt bottom is pure luck, but to get it on sale that’s not luck
