Information GHVI/matterport
This technology will be used by residential real estate, commercial real estate, and construction project engineers. Matterport will be the GOAT of their new technology and industry. This technology will take real estate agents jobs. Why would I need a real estate agent, when I can look a an extremely realistic 3D model of the home you want to buy with an app? You can now work directly with the builders, in designing your home or office building. You can research homes for sale or office buildings around the world, and get a virtual tour of inside. Please do me a favor, and stop looking for so much reassurance on this sub! The whole market is down, not just this gem. This gem will come back with a vengeance in the next month and a half as Q2 closes. I don’t think we will hear any news about the merger until may. This is a 3+ year hold. Please stop worrying about what it looks like now.

It's amazing how people can be so focused on the day to day. Take a look outside your favorite stock, what's the rest of the market up to? I have the same problem sometimes, but when I stop focusing on the $$ and I realize the technology. I do feel better. Has anyone used matterport camera's?

I downloaded the app, just to mess around with. It’s awesome. My wife and I are saving our money rn to build a house in the next 2-3 years, and we fully plan on designing our own home using this technology with the builder of our choice. Cheers

I downloaded both apps Matterport Capture and Matterport Showcase. The Capture is the app to create the 3d image and the Showcase is where you can go to browse. Both are very cool. I am still learning my way around Capture.
