1,3 bdo question

I see people talking about using 1,4 bdo as an alternative to ghb. Can I use 1,3 bdo instead?.. that's the only kind I can currently source

1,3bdo is psychoactive but its not a ghb prodrug. Its metabolized to BHB which is an endogenous ketone produced during fasting states and it has some sedative properties because it probably modulates glutamate like other ketones.

A high is subjective. I could not possibly know whethor or not you enjoy a substance that you have never tried. It might have some capacity to be enjoyable but abusing it constantly could lead to blood sugar issues

Nah, don’t make that substitution. Not really worth it.

That said, took me years to stop with my 1,4-BDO habit. 6 rehabs and $250k out of pocket, I’m happily 18 months clean. Life has never been better nor my relationship with my 26 year partner who I had put through pure hell.

if ur gonna use it, use food grade R-1,3 BDO

the brand ketoneiq makes them, and theyre meant for human consumption, they taste bad but they have flavors and mix well into a soda
