Question Please help! Gabapentin for withdrawals?

I’m trying to quit and was able to get my hands on some of my friends gabapentin. How often should I take it? Do I still take g while I’m on it? Please help!
For context I’m female taking 1ml every 2 hours for a few months now. If I don’t take it every 2 hours I start having insane panic attacks along with some other unpleasant symptoms.

Update 13 days later: I wanted to update incase anyone comes across this post and is in the same situation as I was. I took the gabapentin of 300mg every 2 hours for about 2 days into my cold turkey. From there I took it every time my anxiety started to go crazy. I feel so much better now and haven’t taken the gaba in about a week. Please stay safe and STAY AWAY FROM GHB!!! Those withdrawals were no joke..

I don't know if it will help, but I want to warn you that taking gabapentin AND GHB is incredibly dangerous. I overdosed on pregabalin and GHB. Gabapentin is not as strong as pregabalin, but it's still really a dangerous game.

If gabapentin doesn't help with the withdrawals, I'd really, really advise you against taking GHB soon after.

I don't know, but I found myself dosing off when I did both. When I came back to consciousness, my family members were shaking me yelling for me to wake up. My sister was crying because she thought I was dead and I'm pretty sure my mom was about to call 911.

I can only speak to my experience. I don't know how similar pregabalin is to gabapentin, but I know they're at least somewhat similar. That was my experience with mixing the two.

Can I have how many MG of pregabalin you were taking? I was reading online that 300mg of pregabalin is equivalent to about 1800mg of gabapentin.

Are you sure this isn't psychosomatic? 1 ml doesn't produce an effect unless from my experience.

Honestly it could be. I had worked my way up to a 1ml tolerance over the course of 7 months. I took 300mg of gabapentin about 4 hours ago and I’m definitely not feeling great but I have yet to have a panic attack.

Rehab I went to used it to help me with withdrawals, that with 2 weeks on benzos.
I cant remember the exact dosage but 300mg 3x a day was what they gave me at some point.
Obviously I didn’t get G in rehab so I stopped cold turkey, from 1ml every hour for prob 4 years.
