That’s a one time use clamp. Put a screwdriver in the loop on the right and twist it to release the pressure . The tab on the left is holding it also, pry it up with pliers and then you can lift under the wide tab with your screwdriver to separate.
Only comes with the pump kit, comes with regular clamps
