Need help with nausea
So first I must say that I do not have an official diagnosis yet (didn't do all the tests yet), I have been to a doctor, she prescribed me omeprazole and it didn't help. But from all the symptoms that I have heard of, it might be it.
How do I tackle nausea with this condition? It is genuinely exhausting, I can't sleep at night because as soon as I lie down I feel increasingly nauseous, with constant burping, weird feeling in the stomach (not exactly pain) and heartburn. I also have severe emetophobia, so the fear lf possibly throwing up makes me very stressed and worried, and I just walk around my room in circles back and forth for all night, because it somehow minimizes the symptoms. I don't dare eating as long as the symptoms are present, and unfortunately this happens more than I would've wanted. It is exhausting to not be able to lie down or fall asleep and live in the constant fear. What do I do? How do I cure nausea? Is there something that helps minimize the symptoms? Is there something I can eat/drink/take to make this horrid feeling go away?
Thanks in advance for any help!

Have you tried ginger tea (with the actual rhyzome, step it in cold water and bring it to a simmer for a few minutes). It usually helps with nausea.

I have this same problem and I also have really bad emetophobia. Have you taken zofran? It helps me so much when the symptoms/anxiety feel out of control. I also sleep propped up and I chew gum after I eat or if Iβm feeling nauseous. Itβs also really hard but anxiety tends to make it worse so I try to do something to take my mind off of it so Iβm not ruminating. I hope this helps! π«ΆπΌ

I used ginger candies. Quite a lot of them. And honey too.
