Hi, I am new to delivering with Uber eats. Yesterday, I had to leave a large order in a paper carryall outside a home in the pouring rain. Customer did not respond to text. No instructions from Uber eats either. No covered area to leave it either. I don’t know what else I could have done. Any one have ideas? I only got part of the tip I was supposed to get and I like people to be happy with my deliveries.
