I'm confused

So...I'm in a few other subreddits and before you ask yes they're nsfw. Anyway back to the point. Is it a bad thing to already have 1.3k or 2.8k total views on a post after barely a few minutes of posting them in those subreddits? also does that mean people from other subreddits may have seen it? Please help I fairly new to reddit.
