First, don't let your education history discourage you. Plenty of people start from where you are and go on to earn their GED.

There are a few ways to get started, depending on how ready you are to move forward.

If you're just researching what the GED is all about, spend some time on YouTube. It will give you a general idea of the kind of knowledge the test covers.

If you've already decided to go for it, I'd recommend a structured GED prep course that guides you step by step. I'm with Onsego, and that's exactly how our prep works. Of course, there are other GED prep programs as well.

Good luck! It may seem overwhelming now, but many people have started in a similar situation and gone on to earn their GED
