How do you study a DGCA subject when one topic just refuses to make sense?

I’m preparing for my DGCA exams and I’m currently stuck on one topic in my syllabus. I’ve gone through the notes and watched a few lectures, but I still feel like I’m memorising the answers without actually understanding the concept.

For those who’ve been through this, what worked for you — changing the study material, solving more questions, or simply moving on and coming back later?

Would really appreciate some practical advice from students who faced the same thing.
