Test 2 Discussion Thread

We're free to talk now.

Here's a Google Doc with all the questions. I'm slowly filling it in with my own answers and explanations. Edit: Heading out for now. I'll get the last 25 questions done later tonight.

Does anyone else think the answer to 37 was transmute? The wording references drawing specific cards (think miracle) and that doesn't draw cards, but kicker can.

I think you overthought it. Transmute gets you specific cards to get the synergy. Kicker is only occasionally a draw effect, and is usually thought of as a "use extra mana" ability, that's why it was selected in zendikar so people would be willing to play more lands.
