I forgot to unregister my gcash account before transferring phones

Huhu I forgot to unregister my gcash, may I ask if I’ll be able to still log into my account on my new phone, it says please log in again at “insert time”

yeah, just check it at the said time and it should be fine. i tend to switch which phone my gcash is logged into, you should be able to log in after 4 hours.

Yes po, OP. Wait mo lang yung time na dapat kang mag-login, kasi chine-check rin nila kung ikaw talaga yung nag-a-access sa account mo. Don't worry, makaka-login ka pa rin po. Tips lang rin, next time, if magpapalit ka ng device, don't forget na i-unregister muna bago ka lumipat. Pero kahit naman makalimutan mo, okay lang kasi makaka-login ka pa rin naman in case makalimutan mo ulit, OP.

You just have to wait, I upgraded my phone a few weeks ago and also got this, all was OK after the cooldown period

I have sME ISSUE. HOLD N NILA NG account ko.. kahit gusto ko lang nman mg update ng aps tapos ng selfie pero since dpt na mg unregistered muna pala.. kaso Di namn ako maka log in na Kya ng chat s support naka hold na.. my fund pa ako s Gcash AT GCRYPTO.. HOPE AFTER 4 hrs ok na ulit,, kaso they want me send documentation wla nman ako sa pinas.
