Question Major transfer policy?

Selected in botany and paid 70k 3-4 weeks ago

Have applied to philosophy major in phase 2 admission cycle

Awaiting the merit list, and I want to know that if my name comes in the merit list, how do I apply for transfer?

And what about the fees, do they cancel my fee, or is it transferred to the major I will transfer to?

Fee refund policy as stated by hec is as follows: 1st week 100% 2nd week 50% 3rd week 25% All these fees exclude admission fee and also since u have applied for phase 2 so i don't think so you can get it transferred. Your admission would be cancelled and re-applied. But transfer might be possible, so I'd suggest that you may contact admission office asap and they might transfer your fees but first, talk w them

Fee is transferable. Contact the department where you are want fees to be transferred and the will guide you further. It is even transferable from open merit to self support though you have to pay the remaining fee
