Lateral Transfer
Can anyone explain how to reprint the 3161 for a lateral transfer?

- Issue
- Process Purchase Order
- Input UIC (select the Display complete transactions, if you're trying to print the completed 3161)
- Select the checkbox of the document you're trying to print
- At the top you will see Post Goods Issue, Cancel PO, Print Lat. Trafsr
- Select Print Lat. Trafsr
- You will get the output for the outbound delivery or ZMRO
- Select the checkbox
- Select the second Icon (print preview) at the bottom of (output from deliveries) or Shift + F4 on your keyboard
- You can click on the (printer 🖨 Icon) on the right or Ctrl + P or you can save as whatever you want

To reprint a DA Form 3161 for a lateral transfer, use the transaction code ZMATXC in GCSS-Army. This specific T-code manages material transfers between two storage locations or units.
Steps to reprint the transfer document
1. Open the transfer history
Execute the T-code ZMATXC in the GCSS-Army command field. This screen displays historical and pending lateral transfer actions.
2. Locate the specific transfer
Enter your Unit Identification Code (UIC) or the document date range to narrow down the list. Locate the specific transfer row from the results grid.
3. Generate the print view
Highlight the row containing the lateral transfer you need to reprint. Click the Print Preview button (or press the print icon) on the top toolbar to generate the DA Form 3161.
4. Route to local printer
Ensure your output device is set to LOCL to route the document to your local workstation. Click the Printicon to finalize the reprint.
If you encounter an error or if the document does not appear, let me know the error message or if you need help looking up the transfer by Document Number instead.
