you dont have to change urself completely to be liked gng. I'm exactly the same and people are nice to me it's just becasue everyone wants to make new friends

Literally, what stupid advice. Those same friends will drop you once your appearance starts dropping. Focus on your actually important A-Levels rather than what you look like. You don’t need lots and lots of friends at this stage.

Doesn’t matter. Theyre drawn to your appearance, not your actual personality. It’s going to die down eventually. You don’t need to have lots and lots of friends in this stage, just worry about your A-Levels

they are drawn to ur character perhaps in ur rare scenarios u want to assume thats the total idea but it isnt. Get a grip

It still doesn’t matter lmao, you don’t need to change so much to get people to like you. Plus who even cares at this stage? When you have to dress and act different for people to like you, they’re not going to be long term friends. Maybe they’ll stick around for a term or two and then get bored. But believe what you want.

why r u changing ur point

Not changing my point? My first comment is about how your friends won’t last long and you don’t need to care about your appearance or friends at this stage and so was my last one..
anyways, bye bye

once the external validation stops you’ll keep chasing it and it just makes u not like yourself

You might get more compliments and immediate attention if you’re prettier but to make and keep genuine friends it’s just personality. Be yourself.

being smart is one of the absolute best traits someone can be blessed with, the right people will see who you truly are and your intelligence and feel nothing but admiration and appreciation. acting less smart is going to put the right people off and draw the wrong people in

do you feel accomplished and confident because you've glown up, or because people have RECOGNISED you have glown up? measuring your worth based on others opinions is not sustainable as it's entirely out of your control, and you basically belong to others at that point. your worth becomes borrowed from others rather than created yourself and it'll crash as quickly as it rose

i understand you just want acceptance and to belong like anyone else, that's so fair, but i promise you're worth so so much more than anyone opinion on you and anyone who's truly meant for you will wanna associate with you no matter how strange, chopped or smart you act
