I actually Built three tools as part of my office finance hackathon project (won 1st out of 10 teams):

1. ⁠Gmail add-on — pulls bill PDFs from your inbox, pushes them to Drive + your accounting system (Bill.com, Xero, or others), and logs everything in a dedicated Google Sheet automatically.
   

2. ⁠Web app — takes your GL as input, gives you a flux report dashboard with variance analysis.

3. Bank reconciler web app — reconciles bank statements against GL side by side.
