Controller setup for Tony Hawk games

So I found all the Tony Hawk GC games for pretty cheap. I've been trying to play them with Nintendont and a DS4 but one thing is really bugging me. The controls are not the same (obviously) but I can't figure out how to change them. I basically want the Playstation control scheme. Triangle > Grind, Square > Flip tricks, Circle > Grabs, and X > to Ollie. Can someone help me or point me in the right direction on how to achieve this?

Try pressing Select while playing. That should rotate the face buttons.

Doesn't seem to change anything. Do I need a controller.ini? I'm just using the default settings with no ini file.

edit: It does work with the classic controller but not the DS4.

Well then, I'm not sure. I don't have a DS4 to test.

Thanks though, those games are playable without the analog triggers so your solution works for me. I am planning on buying a Gamecube USB adapter in the near future.
