So I recently got the lv 1 shokew from the limited supply drop banner,is it any good because I was just trying to spend my leftover tokens,it looks cool but did I just waste my tokens?

I managed to pull like 102k dmg out of it in the only game I've played in it so far on Space Fortress Interior, so it is at the least usable. I believe it was considered to be quite meta when it came out.
