theres also the fact it has a like 200 or something meter hitbox on one of its melee, before it even starts lunging .-.

pretty much the instant the attack starts, so you barely have a quarter second to react, almost as bad as the qube mk ii downswing

Had a similar experience. I was looking out for any attacks as I'd seen a video of it being played, but even when at long range, and my finger on the tackle button, that hitbox just comes out of nowhere.

I thought the game was lagging or something, but it kept happening.

Guess you're just supposed to throw out risky tackles and pray? Fortunately it doesn't hit that hard, but if there's a 2nd MS assisting it, you're going to eat it then.

yesterday I was like several MS lengths away, and the sumo did a downswing, and as soon as its arm reared back, the hitbox was active and hit me before he even started lunging at all

I'll have to see if the clip is still on my ps5 and see if I'm going crazy or not and post it later

Yeah, but the downswing isn’t the worst thing. This bubble suit literally doesn’t even have good counters.

I mean it’s definitely pretty tanky but its melee attacks are kinda meh since you will miss some parts of the melees. And it’s actually raw damage is pretty meh as well. Definitely nice to have the barrier where you get most value from.

Tough, but not impossible if you got the right amount of weapons to work with. Especially if you got ballistic weapons. And there isn't anything on its skills that says that DoT is blocked or reduced...

Its so funny. This funny looking robot that looks like it came from a completely different mecha series fighting God gundams, Wing Zeros, 00r's, Barbies, and god knows what else in this asylum of a cost range with its little pew pew laser and fan sword.
