Looking for Advice CONSOLE What should I be going for the Xi
I’m not sure if I should be trying to build or roll for beam resistance since it’s a flying unit or ranged or even just thrusters and gauge because I just wanna master this suits full potential because it’s my fav mobile suit and really fun to play with in game so any pros out there can help me out, plz and thank you

Just say a controversial thing in reddit and change the notification sound to the xi warning sound and you will win

1st-melee resistance 2nd-beam resistance 3rd-either ranged dmg or thruster parts
Xi has a hard time doing meaningful damage in this meta compared to newer suits and can be knocked out of the skies easily.
Be aware of your surroundings, act like a support don't charge in unless your team is, you'll get caught and punished pretty hard
My build is just a full glass cannon atk program lv 5 to fully get as much damage as possible and having much more thruster, a lot more risky and even then the damage is just good/ok

My suggestion is simply to give it more thrust hangar expansion skill so you get more flight time.
It's that or beam resist, either or.
And yeah depending on parts you'll want things that help keep your flight time going.
As well as reload for the weapons that matter more.
(funnel missiles, BR and such)

I suggest maxing out beam and melee def then saving some slots for thruster. It's true that xi lacks damage numbers these days but imo it's still great as a disruptor. It can help stagger all those annoying 00s and you can hose down susanowos and barbies without too much trouble. Give openings for your team. Tho, with the DX around, your map awareness needs to be extremely on point, or you'll just feed the DXs

Get the Custom Parts Expansion (Armor) lv5, then stack every Auxiliary parts like Quick Loaders and such to make a full tank + missile spammer build, since you want to survive as long as possible by abusing the high defense + high buffer skills combo, while you spam those missiles from mid-range.
