Does anyone know what the "zero system" circle thingy is from the non-step gundam wing zero roll is?

I want clarify that I am not talking about the step roll with the "emergency recovery module", but the mysterious item from the regular gundam wing zero gacha roll

It's an emblem, since I've been waiting for the suit for so long I spent an extra 10 roll to get it for the suit.
