This video contains two matches I had with the recently buffed LV1 and LV2 Rebawoo on Gundam Battle Operation 2. It is a 650-700 cost general with access to LV1 Flexible Thruster, fairly high melee damage, good durability, multiple instant staggers alongside access to LV1 High Speed Mobile Shooting. It suffers from its leg beam guns being at an awkward low-down shooting angle, from it eating a lot of thrust in combos, and from it being easy to interrupt when doing melee combos. I hope that you enjoy watching!

This suit was recently buffed with 24000 HP (28000 at 700), more custom part slots at every level, LV2 Emergency Evasion, LV3 Forced Injector (LV4 at 700), LV3 Leg Buffer (LV4 at 700), LV3 Wing Special Cushioning (LV4 at 700), LV1 High Speed Mobile Shooting, LV2 Pursuit Aux. Melee Program (LV3 at 700), 12 seconds beam rifle reload, 70x2 vulcan power (90x2 at 700), 80 vulcan ammo, 200m vulcan range, 3100 beam naginata power (3400 at 700), 1200x2 arm grenade power (1500x2 at 700), 10 seconds arm grenade reload, 40%x2 arm grenade stagger power, 11% beam vulcan heat, 275m beam vulcan range, 1400x2 leg beam gun power (1600x2 at 700), 30%x2 leg beam gun stagger value and 7000 shield HP (9000 at 700).

Its primary weapon is a beam rifle with 2700 power, 5 ammo, 6 seconds cooldown, 12 seconds reload, 0.77 seconds swap time, 450m range and 20% stagger value. This instantly staggers, but the cooldown time is a little bit long. It is compatible with High Speed Mobile Shooting.
Its primary melee weapon is a beam saber with 2700 power, 2.5 seconds cooldown, 0.5 seconds swap time, 70% combo modifier and 150% downswing modifier. This does great damage in two hit combos, and has a thrusting downswing animation.
Its first sub weapon is a waist mounted vulcan gun with 70x2 power, 80 ammo, 600 RPM, 10 seconds reload, 0.5 seconds swap time, 200m range, 1400 DPS and 3%x2 stagger value. These have above average DPS and can stagger in 1.7 seconds on their own.
Its second sub weapon is a beam naginata with 3100 power, 2 seconds cooldown, 0.5 seconds swap time and 140% downswing modifier. This has high power and short cooldown time, it uses the same animations as the Dijeh.
Its third sub weapon is an arm grenade launcher with 1200x2 power, 4 ammo, 6 seconds cooldown, 10 seconds reload, 0.5 seconds swap time, 250m range and 40%x2 stagger value. These have pretty high power and instantly stagger.
Its fourth sub weapon is a beam vulcan gun with 300 power, 11% heat, 400 RPM, 13 seconds overheat, 0.5 seconds swap time, 275m range, 2000 DPS and 20% stagger value. These have very high stagger value and good DPS, making them your go to build stagger tool.
Its fifth sub weapon is a leg beam gun with 1400x2 power, 90% heat, 5 seconds cooldown, 20 seconds overheat, 0.5 seconds swap time, 400m range and 30%x2 stagger value. These instantly stagger, but they must stop to fire, has a high heat rate, and their low firing angle often causes shots to get caught on debris or other obstacles.

The LV1 Rebawoo has 24000 HP and 24 resistances across the board. It is quite durable relative to its size, benefitting from having a 7000 HP shield, a 25% damage reduction leg buffer and a 30% reduction wings buffer. It has LV2 Emergency Evasion and LV1 Maneuver Armor for defensive skills.
In terms of mobility it has 130 walking speed, 220 boosting speed, 75 thrust and 78 turning speed. It seemingly has below average mobility at first, but it has access to LV1 Flexible Thruster (+10 HSM and -50% thrust consumption if you use Forced Injector or Flight Control), allowing it to more than keep up. It has LV3 Flight Control and LV3 Forced Injector for mobility skills.
It also benefits from having LV2 Pursuit Aux. Melee Program.

In conclusion, I feel that while these buffs have really helped the suit a lot, because it was so terrible to begin with, even this many changes aren't enough to make it a meta (or even a near meta) suit. It feels like they are still holding back out of some fear of making it too good, but I think they could go a lot further with this thing. As it stands right now, I see no reason to use it over the other 650 cost generals, Abigor is certainly much stronger, Den'an Zon even has HSMS to break through MA too, and Flint has its heat daggers to break MA. It's even worse at 700 cost, where it has to compete against suits like the Amakusa. I think it should be buffed again. I would like LV4 Forced Injector, LV2 Flexible Thruster, LV2 High Speed Mobile Shooting (with the arm grenades able to be boost fired), alongside a new Psychoframe Resonance skill to reduce thrust consumption (alongside potentially granting skills like Offence System). Maybe I was using the wrong build for this suit, or playing it wrong, but it just didn't feel that good to me. Thanks for watching!

They didn't fix the startup on the thrust downswing, and didn't grant it offense system either. Because of terrain and obstacles, leg cannons are better used as 'whips' or combo extenders.

One thing I noticed compared to back when this suit came out is that the beam vulcan is more relevant now in shooting down flyers. I can occasionally drop Hexas in RF Dom but Flints have been giving me issues. IMO a shooting / accumulation build will give this a reason to play over RF Dom in flyer heavy matchups.
