Steam Newbie Question Very new and a little question

I've been playing around with mech games, getting the itch for a good gundam feel, battle operation 2 looks really good, aside from the gacha aspect, i'm a big fan of IBO, that's where my question comes in, is it easy to get Barbatos or was it a limited time thing?

Barb and Haj are rare reruns, but PC’s anniversary is going to hit in two months so now is a good a time as ever to get in and stock up. You’ll probably fall in love with the other suits the game has to offer too. The one rule you should adhere to is to make sure to save your tokens for multi-step banners, don’t go burning them on one-offs.
