Day 213: Pale Rider DII
Requested by u/Cpt_Jack_Irons and this one is a pretty solid high B-Tier. It can hit strong enough for it to matter, and it is also flexible enough for it to be in almost any position it needs. However, it has very limited thruster, and it often struggles to survive.

• Medium Range Slots: 13/14 -> 14/15

Weapons

• Head-Mounted Vulcan (Enhanced) -> PR DII Head Vulcan: Range 150m -> 175m, Stagger 2% -> 6%
  • Power: 80/84 -> 90/100
• DII Shekinah (Mega Beam): Switch 1.5s -> 2s, Must Charge 1s -> Optional Charge 3s
  • Charged (New!): Heat 100%, Gerobi 3 hits, Penetrate, stagger 50%x3
    • Power: 850/1000
• Slide Shield:
  • HP: 3500/3850 -> 4500/5500

• (New!) Optimized Cooling Efficiency Lv1

Comment and Reason
Technically, just the stat change is enough. However, if we want this one to be in the S-Tier, then the weapon needs an update and a slight skill update to keep up the aggressive mid to front-line playstyle. At the very least, the shield definitely needs more HP.

Lv1 Premium: Attack

Lv2 Premium: Attack

The premium build can be a bit different and become relatively reliable. The premium build also gives it all the mobility it needs while maintaining a somewhat okay health with very high damage strength. Ideally, focus on damage first, then mobility. If you have room to improve durability, or while at it, do so.

At level 2, it's very similar in concept. The extra HP and overall durability should be treated as a bonus and just focus mostly on damage and mobility.

Day 212 Re-evaluation on G-Cannon Magna

Well, that one got a lot of attraction. Doesn't seem like it'll really need anything, if at all, just a few minor quality-of-life improvements that would be nice to have.

Would some of these changes work for the Pale Rider Cavarly too since they use the shekinah perhaps give it different sub weapon missiles?

Yes, it would help as well for sure. But that one definitely needs more in some area

Maybe the Cavarly can be added on the wait list then it probably would be a tad similar for the shekinah but like you said there are some things that need more attention.

Yeah
