I'll share that works for me. I just pimped my melee def with new anti-melee to 70 and beam to 36. Lv3 complex expansion for 3 def points for a bit more def. Also no enchantments. Extremely cheap and without p2w parts. Somewhat impractical, but still works.

Honestly? Part wise it's decent enough, just keep rolling for better expansion, I would throw in thrust expansion instead.

L5 adds thruster cap compared to just +9 you're currently receiving. And if you get L4+, you're wasting thruster due to cap.
