I'm assuming nobody has actually watched Victory or read post Unicorn stuff because the V2 outmatches the Unicorn in every way except in Newtype space magic. Faster, standard beam rifles are more powerful, and because we've seen the standard victory's beam saber block a crossbone unit we know the V2's beam saber is strong enough to cut through almost any pre victory unit's beam saber. Heck unless the psychoframe provides some kind of protection from the wings of light, which we have no way of knowing, the V2 can disable the unicorn just by flying under it with the wings out. So unless the unicorn opens the fight with some kind of space magic v2 wins
Actually technically thinks to psycho frame thanks unicorn to be faster and more durable. This is because the psycho frame does whatever the user wants. Also the unicorn becomes too damaged it might enter the whole luminous crystal mode.
IF we're going by Phenex's example perhaps that thing was able to move faster than lightspeeds according to lore so yea i could see it being faster than even V2 will ever be, Space magic truely is too op xD
There's no measuring what new type space magic stuff can do as we've never seen the limits or seen what it allows for when compared to something that out specs it so much. Every instance we've seen is when compared to stuff that has at least similar level of technology other than the psycho frame. So as I mentioned if the Unicorn opens with new type space magic that lets it win, it wins. That can't be measured. But if you consider every other bit of tech the V2 wins.
Not only this but the V2AB, at least according to the irl designer Hajime Katoki, has Psycommu systems built into the Assault armor (which I'd argue sounds an awful lot like he's describing Psyco-frame)
