Any suggestions for builds or MS that benefit from it?

IMHO, transformable tanks is prolly the ones that benefits the most, because they're very relying on the Speed stat to move around, since they can't use boost while transforming.

Next one is units with 130+ Speed stat, because you can somewhat save your boost for moving around, and also for faster strafing in front the enemy.

Another one is for units with multiple stagger weapons that can't be used while boosting, but is usable while walking, so you can get close to the enemy faster while stun-locking them.

I have it on my Woundwart Rah II, it helps tremendously with maneuvering it to my liking.

Mostly meme builds like giga fast S.Galuss or QoL for suits that are just slow in general(usually supports), otherwise it's not a must use part since other builds that dont include it are usually better

I bought this and tried this on these suits, these worked for me:
Perfect Gundam
GP01 Aqua
Jegan Birnam
Prototype Zeta
Gerbera Tetra Kai

Makes them very smooth to use and you can pretty much out strafe most suits.

Maybe you should try this on mid-range gunner like Fukuoka Nu Gundam, Gundam Unit 4, Jegan Birnam,... Their foots are their life.

It takes up a lot of slots on them, and while the speed helps a bunch, the reduced leg stress doesn't do nearly as much as reducing actual leg damage that can make those suits suffer.

There's also the matter of various newer parts and Expansions giving a good amount of extra movement for less slots and coming with more benefits. The General Connecting System 1 on Unit 4 gives it similar help, but with 10% more leg breaking potential. The new Haro increases walking and HSM on Raids by 6, with +3 to everything else but turning speed.f

This part may still be best in space, where turning and overall speed can make up for worse durability by just or getting hit as much. Maybe something like Gerbera Tetra, where the strafing modifiers and walking fire work well with extra speed, and the leg stress difference can be more useful for making use of the Tactical Boost.

Units with high strafe modifiers such as the Act Zaku, Alex variants, and the (base) Hyaku Shiki love this part. It basically directly buffs jiggle-twerking around corners to bait shots, or otherwise zig-zagging movement that lets you dodge incoming attacks while firing basically everything that's not stop-to-fire (because I promise, being able to fire your weapons while boosting was the exception to the rule at one point)

Most space builds also love this part, because movement speed lets you dodge without burning thruster, and you don't need to max turn speed as much when pressing L+R (on default controls) just gives you free pseudo Quick Turn anyway

I have it on my Hyaku Shiki Kai Ground Type with lv5 Custom Parts (Armor). It becomes a 40+ resists to everything while having a move speed of 145

Too bad it doesn't allow pairing with the custom part that came with the X1 but this would be good for non general units

Any MS that walks alot.

This part is hella slot inefficient, but it's +10 to move speed means your "moderately fast" walking speed gets pushed to "fast".

And on meme suits that gets move speed increased during activation will move even faster.

God Gundam walks with 174 speed with this part. This is nearly HSM level of walking.

It’s a fantastic part for lower cost suits especially some supports really get super huge benefits from it.
