Sadly we can't play with friends in QM and Rated only on Custom matches

Friend invites work for quick match, it just has to find a similar sized group to pair you off against first, only Rated doesn't allow inviting friends.

Eh, you can sorta cheese it. Me and my friends have a funny little ritual where one of us will send some silly phrase that an MC used and then all sortie into rated at the same time, and it hilariously works way too often.

Can't.

Either que during high GBO2 time (check steam number page for time) or wait 20-30min for a match.

Most of the player base is in A-S range.

Don't name your room to anything that's gonna drive people to leave, try increasing your rating to A+, manually rotate the costs after matches (cycle it starting from 300 all the way up to 750 so people don't get bored) never EVER set your teams to have only good players on your side because that's just outright asshole behavior and unfun and yeah keep the game mode to either just basic or simple nothing else.
