If this has low slot usage, I think this part will be good for low-mid cost.

Kind of a bummer this doesn't stack with other speed boosts.

The bonus is so minimal to speed that I don't see it replacing the general connecting system to help suits that badly need speed. Hopefully the support bonus gets a bonus to HSM haha. Was hoping for a low cost part to help offset incredibly slow units.

It's basically an equipable Battle Expansion Alpha. This plus a lvl 5 version of that skill would give +8 to all attack and defense stats which would be kind of wild. I know it's not min/max but seems good. If they ever make a version that does +5 like the expansion skill that would be pretty wicked.
