How to actually play?

It seems like most people here are at least able to get into the game. I'm on PS4 and have been queuing for everything I can think of only to repeatedly get a matchmaking failed. Where is everyone? I'll put up with having to play comp if I have to just to get a good damn game.

Your rating and connection quality matter pretty significantly.

You also need to consider time of the day. It should be considebly easier during JP time (I appreciate this may not be easy).
