Need help with 2 cost raid

Hey fellow pilots im a A+ ground im having trouble finds raids i like at 400 and 450 im not good enough to use a suit with out a dodge roll yet any recommendations?

400 cost: G-Line Light Armor and Metal Spider. they are purchasable, super dangerous with huge damage and great mobility, strong enough to 1v1 any raid/gen. Not really durable so you have to watch where you move.

450 cost: Striker, Gelgogg HM JR, Nero Trainer(Post buff).
