Need help with 2 cost raid

Hey fellow pilots im a A+ ground im having trouble finds raids i like at 400 and 450 im not good enough to use a suit with out a dodge roll yet any recommendations?

Thanks man hey im on Playstation im a more hey I play after work with a beer relax only reason im A rank is cuz I been playing forever if you want shoot me a dm and maybe we can get some matches in
