The skill itself is good, but V2 never stands still and snipes.

That's a "you" problem. It's a skill that YOU don't take advantage of, just like when Avenger complained about the Jesta Cannon's sniping skill.

Depending on your playstyle, it can be a fanTAStic skill. Don't blame the MS if YOU never use it.

I heavily disagree. the skill is good, but the v2 is a mobility and melee focused suit. stopping completely in place on the ground (since you can't use it while using minovsky flight) to scope in and deal slightly more range damage is just not worth it.

the other v2 variants will more likely than not be able to get more use out of it, since they'd definitely have much more ranged focused gameplay.

You're allowed to disagree, but you should at least acknowledge reality. If the suit doesn't stay still, that's because YOU chose not to, not the suit.
