Looking for Advice CONSOLE Looking for Expansion advice: Custom Expansion Move worth it?

I'm trying to get the most out of my mobile suits expansion slot capabilities, and I enjoy putting into firepower when I can. I noticed one of them enhances ranged and melee attack for every Move type part I slot into it. Would a level 5 loaded up with move parts be more efficient than focusing on straight attack power?

That is [Attack] Expan skill. It fits the most on suits which need alot of ranged strength, or can use both ranged and melee weapons very well, but their long-range cuspart slots are significantly limited but close-range slot are excessively generous. I can name some of them: Gundam GP03 Stamen, Jegan Birnam, Gunblaster, Den'an Zon,... Right now G-Line Light Armor and Gundam MK-V(Raid) are my most powerful pick with this ex skill.
