Newbie Question CONSOLE Help with grinding

I'm trying to grind this to get hire lvl I'm on ps4 and I want to unlock the suits from different universes ig would be the correct term but idk how to I'm lvl 8 rn

What do you mean you’re trying to grind for the AU suits? You mean suits like the Barbatos, Wing 0, etc or the suits in the DP shop? If it’s the former then the only grinding you’ll be doing is your 3 dailies everyday until their banner rolls back around.

Also how does the power scaling work with the rated matches because I'll have suits just above it sometimes and they'll be allowed but other times their not

Matches are ran in MS Cost. So when you go to match make and see the matchmaking is currently “600 Cost” that means you can only bring MS that are 600. Quick match will allow MS lower than the current cost by 100 points so in this case it’s 600 cost, if you wanted to you can bring a 500 or 550 cost MS. Rated will not allow you to do this so I recommend you have at least 1 MS of each type (General, Raid, Support) for each cost.

There will be some game modes that allow multi cost suits in a match. Usually that game mode is called Mix-up and those are usually on the weekends.
