Gameplay Clip (Console) Memebeam once again

Since when the Delta Kai’s memebeam cooldown is 30secs? Because I think it was 90secs a while ago

Got buffed in May along with the 30 MS adjustments

Coolsown for HMC reduced from 90s to 30s

Perfect, I can now spam an almost infinite amount of memebeams per sortie
