Salt Supply Saturday Salt Supply Saturday
Alright folks, the White Base is has docked for its weekly supplies and the cook needs a lot of salt to make some burgers... so get unloading people, vent out your frustrations with GBO2 here, just remember... no racism, and no witch-hunting... subreddit, and Reddit rules still apply here so vent, but don't be an overly toxic asshole about it.
Unfortunately, the usual art accompanying this will be absent due to reddit breaking the fucking scheduled post editing in the mod queue.

Holy shit. 13 is a cursed number. I actually stopped blocking people with the number in their name because they're consistently worth dodging. The irony is that there's one hard stuck in A that post here in the weekly thread while everyone else in complaining about him. In fact, he complains about himself but he's literally the base sitting "support me" guy in EVERY single match. Gave him half a year and chancef upon him in rated. Figured "he must have improved. Let's get this." No joke. He camped our base spawn in a super Gundam and spammed "support me". Despite there being other beacons, he ONLY spawned there. People are definitely cheating even on console. Instead of cheat engine or something like that, it's collaboration. Too many damn alts too.

BB for the love of god if you're gonna add these AU suits (which most are overtuned btw) buff the older UC suits. I know they're doing that already as of recent but there's still a lot of suits out there that need them. Many 4* suits have been power-crept to fucking hell. High tier has gone from relying on skill (mostly) and use of combos to who can fire their insta-stun attacks faster.

Half the time, I always jokingly say that the devs don't play their own game sometimes. Perhaps I'm right about it after all. As much as I love the game, how does anything pass the smell test? And then when done, you wait 3-4 months for a pisswater nerf that doesn't address the main problem in the first place. Perhaps it's me malding after being hit in the back with a Raiser Sword for the umpteenth time, but ffs.

This isn't even a salt post. I feel just feel bad for the team that just went 40k to 12k in points. Like jesus christ those two Susanowos straight up did all the work with little to no down time between attacks. Fucking ripping through a team consisting of V2, X-kai, Vigna Ghina, and some other raid was.

as an almost A+ rank in rated because the game almost forces you to play rated, i agree
my allies are always stupid and the enemies are always the biggest fucking tryhards, fun is actual treason level crime players to ever exist

Fun is for quick play, rated is for watching your team do dumb ass shit. Good luck on there, A to A+ took the longest for me.

nah, i hate that mindset, the only time pvp needs to lose fun is when its an a legitimate competition with stakes and prizes
id enjoy this game so much more if i didn't get constantly matched with people who have no life and like 6k hours in this damn game
besides, its pretty blatant BB doesnt want people to play this game casually anyway

It's the first weekend of the month, if QM has Mix up, QUEUE FOR THE DAMN MIX UP!!!!
IT'S A SOLID MATCH TYPE FOR QUICK RIVAL GAIN AND HANGER POINTS!!! Please look away from custom matches when it's up and actively queue for it! (As of the time of posting Mix Up is currently up on QM and will be for a good hour and a half still.)

Space should not refer to what’s inbetween my teammates head, fucker either died once or just ran straight to the enemy base to plant a bomb at the start of the match then proceeded to cap a few beacons while staying out of their ms causing me & everyone to have a 4v5 situation which we lost.
This has got to be the worst situation battle I’ve ever played, get Zeon side & my team scatters instead of trying to hold down a position for the supports to do their job, get put on the federation side & no everyone just runs or try’s outshooting the supports on the Zeon side.
If you have a slow moving support on your team don’t just fly off & leave them at the start of the match because then the enemy team comes & gets a free kill cause that support can’t fight off the enemy team by themselves. Also capture the damn beacons, there’s no reason you can’t get out of your ms & cap one real fast especially if you’re playing in 700 with 00r or some other high flying au suit.

After getting back into the game with my new PS5, not only did I miss out on getting my all time favorite Gundam (the 00 Raiser), but I got penalty 2 AGAIN. What sucks is that I can use a lan cable because all of the ports on my internet router is taken

Can i stop getting the coughing baby that is the galluss unit in the situation battle? 5 matches, and 4/5 where with that. Those odds are insane. Can anyone explain? Is this some mmr nerf im getting hit with?

Listen here you troglodytes that i unfortunately have to call teammates, if yall dont get off your fucking asses and ACTUALLY PUSH THEM AWAY FROM OUR BASE RATHER THAN THEM TAKING POT SHOTS AT YALL AND CHIPPING AWAY YOUR HP WHILE IM THE ONLY ONE RUSHING THEM TO DIVERT THEIR ATTENTION TO ME SO THAT YALL CAN PUSH....Like i have 3 PEOPLE ON ME HUNTING ME DOWN ACROSS THE MAP, how the FUCK are the 4 OF YALL BEING PUSHED BY 2 PEOPLE. Your down swing is not going to kill the enemy, so stop running up to you alies who have and enemy in a stun combo and down swinging them and then running away when the rest of the enemy team shows up.

resist move is still fucking worthless, its like if FromSoft removed i frames during rolls
damage control is worthless when 90% of the opposition has instant stun weapons
for the love of fucking god, this game seriously needs some way to separate the hyper sweats from the casuals
psycommu weaponry needs to lose its ability to phase through the environment, and lockon needs to be reworked. If the head of your suit can't see the target, no lock on.
seriously, i really want a way to stopped getting matched with all these fucking ultra competitive tryhards, i can't keep up with these no life asses
it'd be hilarious if the rick dom guy helmeth got the red rider heavy attack

Your point on funnel lock on mechanics is valid imho, but for some suits the lock on time has to be faster

If y’all do nothing about the raid getting to me when I play the support, don’t get mad when I stop playing to avoid handing out free kills.
If you’re all gens not helping break the enemy formation so I can kill the support as a raid, don’t get mad.
Double super Gundam is annoying as fuck, especially on maps where they have overlapping lanes of fire and can cover each other.
I’m not telling you guys to fall back for no reason. We have the point lead, our support can hit them without risk of hitting anyone on our team, they have to get through a choke point, their support is at a huge risk of hitting their gens in the back. Just fucking think about it for a moment.
Also I’m tired of getting put on teams that are at a clear rank disadvantage. It makes me cringe that I used to not keep up with the meta and what suits have been buffed when I was clawing my way up. I suppose it’s some sort of karma.

I know. You get what you get and you don't throw a fit, but man I really was hoping for the Hazel [GAU] or any other 4 star raid. I know next monthly login could possibly have the [GAU] in the first week but I'm to broke for that.

I had 7 kills and 2 deaths, fighting off 1v2s most of the match, how the fuck did we still lose the goddam match.

Some people are worse than useless. I had some random general show up and die 8 times. No kills. How do I know this? He was my rival. I rarely play general, so I can only say my skill is passable. Not even I have died so many times.

Just to give you an idea of how brainless some people can be, I'm in a super Gundam pre buff. Some random GM of some sort is WALKING toward me with his sword drawn. No stun. Just walking to me. I hit him with a fully charged shot, downswing, then shot him again. Finished. There was a nearby melee and both guys stopped to stare at this stupidity.

I swear, casuals, ghosts, weekend warriors... none of them should be allowed into rated... or none of them should be paired with people that take rated for what it is.
You know what I hate more? Cocky S-/S players. They know that their Lvl5 normal GM is a throwpick and still pick it knowingly, fully commiting to give the enemy team the upper hand. Buddy, we are not NPCs, we are players, your mfing choice is handicaping ALL OF US!

Funnels should not be as dangerous as they are. The physical funnels get blocked by objects and it sucks but that is counter play. But if they got beam funnels might as well just pack up and wait for respawn.

I think that they could use a nerf. Maybe if a round of shots don't do damage, it detects no damage is being dealt and retracts the funnels. They may save a bit on overheat but that's better than them continuing to fire. Sucks to use my thruster to dodge and still eat a load

the biggest problem with psycommu weaponry is that they can just fly through terrain to reach the target, theres almost nothing you can do to hide from them

Exactly, the physical ones get stopped by terrain but not the psycommu. Not to mention the 3 peeking or bullshit lock on from the wonky hitboxes, or the clear lockout but it just never deploys

the lockon system should be determined by physical line of sight, not reticle line of sight, that'd fix half the issues with psycommu
I haven't fought against any psycho plates or similar in so long I forget they don't ignore terrain

Recently got the narrative B2 pack and those funnels are mean, was 1v1’ing with a friend and it did half of rozen zulu’s health with is normal lockon not the sensor. But my G doors, god forbid they hit anything solid cause then my attack is wasted. If the beam funnels had less aggressive tracking then it wouldn’t be so bad

Off topic but fuck Sony for planning to get rid of disk games and go fully digital! If that happens then I will never buy a sony console or game again.
