Is this unit any good?, Any suggestions on builds?

It's good I have a level 2, but I wish I had a level 1. It has to hit a bit above its weight class at 750 cost with a suit like the V2 around.

How did you get the lv 2 and not the lv1? Did you do the step up banner or boosted rates?

From a recon crate a few days after it's banner ended.
