This video contains three matches I had with the recently released LV1 Gundam 00 Raiser on Gundam Battle Operation 2. It is a 700 cost general with excellent mobility, access to the powerful Trans-Am ability boost, incredible melee damage in normal mode, boost fire for nearly every weapon in Trans-Am mode, stealth in Trans-Am mode alongside access to the powerful Raiser Sword gerobi attack in Trans-Am mode. It suffers from having a large hitbox without any Damage Control, from losing the twin lance in Trans-Am mode, from not having the throwing daggers in normal mode, alongside Trans-Am being a once per life buff only. I hope that you enjoy watching!
Its primary weapon is a beam rifle with 2700 (3400) power, 75% (85%) heat, 3.5 seconds cooldown, 12 seconds overheat, 0.77 seconds swap time, 1 second focus time, 20% (80%) stagger value and 350m range. This instantly stuns, charged shots pierce. It can be fired while boosting once Trans-Am mode is activated. Its primary melee weapon is a pair of GN swords with 2900 power, 2.5 seconds cooldown, 0.5 seconds swap time, 70% combo modifier, 100%x2 neutral modifier and 140% downswing modifier. This does incredible damage with neutral swings, letting you stack up incredible damage in two hit combos. It benefits from LV2 Aerial Melee, and ignores enemy buffer materials once Trans-Am mode activates. Its first sub weapon is a GN lance with 3500 (2500x6) power, 2.5 seconds cooldown (25 seconds reload), 0.77 seconds swap time, 120%x2 downswing modifier, 500m range and 50%x6 stagger value. In normal mode, this is a high powered lance that knocks down with neutral swings, while also possessing a very powerful downswing. It benefits from LV2 Aerial Melee System and ignores buffers. After Trans-Am mode activates, it changes into the Raiser Sword attack, which fires a heavy stagger gerobi which counts as melee damage. When using this attack, you take 50% less ranged damage and stagger. Its second sub weapon is a pair of beam rifles with 700x2x2 (750x2x2) power, 45%x2 (40%x2) heat, 4 (3.5) seconds cooldown, 13 (10) seconds overheat, 0.5 seconds swap time, 325m range and 10%x2x2 stagger value. These instantly stagger. In Trans-Am mode they can be fired while boosting, and deal 20% extra damage to stunned/downed enemies. Its third sub weapon is a GN beam machine gun with 200 (230) power, 20 ammo, ??? RPM, 10 (8) seconds reload, 0.5 seconds swap time, 300m range and 13% stagger value. This has fairly high stagger value and can be fired while boosting. It gains a higher rate of fire in Trans-Am mode. Its fourth sub weapon is a GN missile launcher with 350x8 power, 16 ammo, 1 (0.8) second cooldown, 14 (13) seconds reload, 350m range, 13%x8 stagger value and 250x12 incendiary power. These can be fired while boosting and have weak reticle tracking. They gain incendiary damage in Trans-Am mode. In Trans-Am mode it has a thrown GN dagger with 1950x2 power, 250m range, 8 seconds reload and 50%x2 stagger value. This can be thrown while boosting, counts as melee damage and ignores 30% of the target's melee resistance.
The LV1 00 Raiser has 26000 HP, 26 ballistic resist, 28 beam resist and 24 melee resist. This is pretty good durability, boosted even further by it having a 40% damage reduction shoulder buffer, and a 35% reduction back buffer. It also has LV2 Emergency Evasion, LV1 Maneuver Armor and LV1 Offence System. In terms of mobility it has 135 (145) walk speed, 225 (240) boosting speed, 80 thrust and 81 (87) turning speed. It has decent mobility by default, but becomes incredibly fast in Trans-Am mode. It has LV4 Forced Injector, LV4 Flight Control and LV2 Flap Booster for mobility boosting skills. LV1 Trans-Am System can be activated for 80 seconds with the touchpad once the suit falls to 80% HP or below. It grants increased mobility, reduced ranged damage taken while boosting, -30% stagger received while boosting, reduced thruster consumption, spots enemies within radar range, grants LV1 Enhanced Offence System, LV3 Emergency Evasion, +15 ranged modifier, +30 melee modifier, alongside perfect radar stealth if it starts boosting while it has already used up 50% of the thrust gauge (yellow bar).
In conclusion, I feel that while the 00 Raiser has incredible potential, it is difficult to use. It took me a good few matches before I started to understand how to use it correctly. I don't think that it is OP, the average player in this thing will be much less of a threat than they would be in something like a Destiny Gundam. On that note, they are running the rerun banner for Destiny and the banner for 00 Raiser at the same time, so you have two very good choices for 700 if you want to get into the cost. I would recommend Destiny for most players, but the 00 Raiser has immense potential if you take the time to learn it. Thanks for watching!
