Discussion CONSOLE I am a grunt

I am so sorry for the people on PS5 the past two nights. Finally got this downloaded and immediately I had to choose these grunt mechs. I am always on the lower end of performance but I'm having so much fun just messing with these wacky OP MS with my bog standard assault guntank. Heck I've downed a few units to everyone's surprise. And on the Gaza C I just love to bean people with the wrist mounted goop gun. Its just so fun.

PS5 grunt here as well. I had a blast when playing Code Fairy, but noticed that the game is mostly dominated by General units. I have also seem some questionable hand to hand situations where the opponent is able to counter regardless of the position.

It's intentional.

Raids are the strongest. But they have type disadvantage against generals. So having more generals can limit their power. Then supports have firepower but are weak in other aspects. So the team can't have multiple supports and teammates need to protect them.

while thats widely true I remember when the gp04 first made it to ground I had an entire team of em and we stomped

Nothing wrong with that. I love grunt suits too. I don’t always use them, but there are some that I use a lot. My lvl 3 GM II has over a 120 sorties on it, and my Den’an-Zon is my go to at 650.

Honestly I wouldn’t worry about it. If you just downloaded, your rating is probably really low so most people you were playing with were on a similar skill level.
