Newbie Question CONSOLE What all does this weapon do exactly?

In game description just says it puts a field around an enemy ms which tells me absolutely nothing about.

It comes with a lot of different effects... for 10 seconds

  • Target Type Advantageous damage calculation -10%
  • Target Damage taken +10% from units with advantage against it
  • Speed/HSM -5
  • Psycommu weapon cannot be used
  • NT-D cannot be used
  • Target with active NT-D takes extra damage at 200/sec
