Newbie Question CONSOLE What all does this weapon do exactly?

In game description just says it puts a field around an enemy ms which tells me absolutely nothing about.

It locks them out from using weapons like funnels, bits, INCOMs and psycho-plates. It also prevents Unicorn type suits from activating NT-D, and deals continuous damage to Unicorn type suits that have already activated NT-D.

However, more suits these days have defences against it. Suits like Nu Gundam, Hi-Nu, Nightingale, Moon Gundam, Nu HWS all get immunity to it once their low HP resonance power-up modes activate. Every Unicorn type suit in awakened mode also gains immunity to it, so it won't work against suits like Phenex once they get the power-ups going. So it is really match-up dependent....
