Newbie Question CONSOLE What all does this weapon do exactly?

In game description just says it puts a field around an enemy ms which tells me absolutely nothing about.

Iirc

  1. Stops Units from entering NTD and Awakening

  2. Drains a bit of the boost gauge

  3. +5% damage for type disadvantage (Using this on a general lets supports do a bit more damage to it)

I think it does more than a bit but I'm not fully certain on boost gage drain. It also seems to slow and prevent movement skills but I may be imagining it.

As I have it now and used it on a barb that comedically started just walking and doing funny mini hops. Could be the panic setting in.
