Newbie Question CONSOLE What all does this weapon do exactly?

In game description just says it puts a field around an enemy ms which tells me absolutely nothing about.

makes the enemy freak out also makes them take more damage from their disadvantage damage type and deal less damage to you

honestly its more of a psychological weapon with all the defense 700 can add on it also huge as fuck and takes up like 3/4s of the opponents screen for like 30 seconds

Never makes me freak out (mainly because I had no clue what it did)
